Before he founded Vorlane in 2014, Steven spent 10 year working as a Sale Manager in an LED lighting company, where he had prepared himself with adequate knowledge of LED lighting and in-depth insight of the market.
Leading the company as well as the R&D department, Steven shows great passion for developing LED lights. He firmly believes in the power of innovation and professional teamwork.

Being responsible for LED light manufacturing in Vorlane, Sky is familiar with lean management of factory and the whole supply chain. She works with her decade-long experience to bring down the production cost and improve product quality.
Uniting, training and motivating the production team, Sky led the factory to upgrade whole management system. Now the Vorlane factory in China had passed the verification procedure of multiple listed companies and famous brands.
We see flaws that may not be seen with the naked eye, which moves us to take the extra mile in preventing this from happening again.
